Avoiding The Flu

Each winter we do our best to lower our chances of getting the flu. We wash our hands often with soap and hot water, try not to shake hands with people who are ill, and avoid touching our eyes, nose or mouth.

Here are a few more steps to take that may also be helpful: Use CloSYS toothpaste at least twice per day, and rinse with CloSYS oral rinse 3-4 times, particularly if a sore throat arises.

It's also a good idea to rinse your toothbrush often with CloSYS, and not to reuse your toothbrush if you become sick.
